How to Check My Tracking Number?

We update your order status on the posting date. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number and delivery details once your order is updated. Follow these steps to retrieve your tracking number:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to ‘My Account’ → ‘My Orders’ → ‘Order Shipments’. Here, you can view your tracking number.

Shipping Methods

Pos Laju / DHL-Ecommerce / Ninja Van / Others

• Pos Laju: Track your shipment
• DHL-Ecommerce: Track your shipment

Delivery Timeline

• Expect delivery within 2–3 working days from the posting date, during working hours.
• Exact delivery times are subject to courier arrangements. Unexpected delays may occur.
• If your order is not delivered within 5–7 working days, please follow up directly with the courier using the tracking number provided.

Important Delivery Notes

• Ensure your delivery address is correct and complete.
• For undeliverable or returned parcels due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or non-collection, customers will bear the reshipping cost.

Fee for Returned Parcels

• A fee of RM10 applies for resending parcels under 2kg.
• For parcels above 2kg, refer to the Shipping Rates Table. Refunds are not applicable as all sales are final.

Same Day Delivery (Klang Valley Only)

• Fee: RM30 per order.
• Cut-off Time: 7 PM daily. Orders after this time will be processed the next day.
• Tracking: Track your delivery.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

• COD is available only in West Malaysia for an additional RM6.00.
• Payment must be made in cash upon delivery before opening the parcel.
• Delivery is expected within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

Shipping Timelines

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
• Payments cleared before 10:00 AM will typically ship the same working day (Mon–Fri).
• Tracking numbers will be provided on the shipping date.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Available for West Malaysia orders above RM150 and under 2kg.
• East Malaysia: Charges apply based on the Shipping Rates Table.
• For bulky packages over 2kg, additional fees may apply (e.g., heavy items). Details are available on the product page.

Customs Clearance for East Malaysia

• Packages may be delayed at customs, and such delays are beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes.
• By placing an order, you accept these risks.
