1) How To Make A Payment ?
At https://www.happywonderland.my/, we do accept payment in the form of online banking, atm transfer, cash deposit, PayPal and also credit card.
2) What is the procedure if I choose atm transfer, cash deposit, and online banking?
After the transfer through the above methods, you must send us the receipt through ( 011 – 5764 1397 WhatsApp / Wechat / SMS / phone call) and we will WhatsApp, Wechat, SMS or Email you with the order confirmation and tracking code.
3) What is the shipping rate for the products?
We offer free shipping within Peninsular Malaysia for parcel above RM50 and below 2kg. However, there are some charges for order from Sabah and Sarawak. You may refer the shipping rates at our Shipping and Return page.
4) How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will arrive within 3 working days after we receive your full payment.
5) Do you offer Cash On Delivery (C.O.D)?
Yes. Kindly make an appointment with our customer service personnel for C.O.D location through 011 – 5764 1397 WhatsApp / Wechat / SMS / phone call).
6) Am I guaranteed to receive my package?
Definitely. It is 100% safe to shop with happywonderland. After you made your payment, we will provide you with the parcel tracking code so that you can estimate the arrival time for your parcels.
7) Will anyone know what is inside my parcel?
All package that we send out will be packed discreetly. There will be no indication regarding what is inside your package. Your package will be kept 100% secret from nosy neighbors and prying postmen.
8) It has been 3 days and my parcel is yet to arrive.
It would normally take 2-3 business day for delivery to the major town in Malaysia. However, the outstation order could take around one week to arrive. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, you may contact us for further assistance. Another great way to track your parcel where about is by using the parcel tracking code.
9) How do I become a member?
You can create an account in happywonderland. It is free to become a member in happywonderland. By becoming a member, you will receive promotional email and a special offer from time to time.
10) What is the warranty period for my orders?
Due to the fact that all products are related to sex and for hygiene purposes, we do not recommend product return. We have a strict quality checking process and we always make sure that products are in the best condition before we ship out.
However, we do recommend that you contact us (011 – 5764 1397, WhatsApp, Wechat, SMS) within 24 hours from order received if you really feel that you need to return the faulty product.
11) How do I place a phone order?
You can place your phone order by SMS, WhatsApp or Wechat to our customer service line 011 – 5764 1397. Information that is required for your phone order shall be as below:

After receiving your info through phone order, we will reply you with the total amount for your orders and bank account number. Once you made the payment, just send us the receipt through WhatsApp or Wechat and we will proceed with mailing out your order.
